We have taken some good practice examples to share with you some of the ways Reading Schools have committed to ensuring their staff are offered opportunities to develop professionally. Having a good knowledge of reading for pleasure practices and why it is so important for our learners, is crucial in the building of sustainable reading cultures in our classrooms and wider school communities.
